Abstract

The aim of this report is to give a survey on how can a productivity be increased by using JIT philosophy, what is JIT philosophy, why it is needed and methods of JIT that reduces the waste and even pollution. The report focuses on increasing productivity by using JIT at conveyer manufacturing industry for development of a product with less wastage in less time. The report presents use of JIT for production upliftment over traditional way of increasing the productivity of product and development of innovative manufacturing system. The main objective of the this JIT is to aimed at reducing flow times within production systems, as well as response times from suppliers and to customers.
