Possession and Production of Identity Card: Every bonafide student of the college must wear his / her Identity Card at all times when he / she is in the college campus.
General:
All the rules given in the DTE information Brochure and DTE web site (www.dte.org.in) are applicable for above said admissions except those specifically mentioned below.
Rules for admission/cancellation and the refund of fees to the students admitted at the institute level will be as follows:
A) Seat Allocation of Institute Level:
a. 12 seats shall be filled at Institute level in each Stream (i.e. Computer Engg., Electrical Engg., Electronics & Telecommunication Engg. and Mechanical Engg.)
B). For filling the Institute Level seats, an advertisement with schedule will be given in the following newspapers: 1) Loksatta 2) Indian Express
C) The application forms for admission to the Institute level seats are different from those for the seats allotted under CAP. These application form for Institute level seats will be available in the college in the specified times during working hours at cost of Rs. 100/- per form, payable in cash only.
D) Eligibility for admission will be as specified in the information Brochure published by DTE (Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra State).
E) The following original documents are required to be submitted by the candidates at the time of seeking admission:
1) H.S. C. Marksheet 4) CET/AIEEE Score card
2) H.S. C. Leaving Certificate 5) S. S. C. Marksheet
3) Eligibility Certificate, if necessary 6) Certificate of Indian Nationality
(as defined by DTE Brochure)
B) Cancellation of Admission:
a. The candidate should have taken admission by paying necessary tuition and other fees and should have submitted original certificates before he/she applies for cancellation. In case the candidate fails to submit any of the original documents within 4 working days after the date of allotment, the admission shall be automatically cancelled.
b. The candidate desirous of cancelling admission shall apply for cancellation in duplicate.
c. Issue of college leaving certificate is as per rules published in the information brochure of the DTE.
C) The refund of fees will be governed by A.I.C.T.E.(New Delhi)
and D.T.E., Maharashtra State guidelines.
