Abstract

Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) have become a cornerstone of innovation and economic growth in the modern knowledge-based economy. In India, the landscape of IPR has undergone significant changes in recent years, driven by globalization, technological advancements, and evolving legal frameworks. This review paper aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the current scenario of IPR in India, focusing on the challenges, recent developments, and future prospects. The paper begins with an introduction to the concept of IPR, followed by a problem statement that highlights the key issues faced in the Indian context. A literature review is conducted to explore existing research on the topic, and the methodology section outlines the approach taken for this review. The results and discussion section presents the findings, followed by a conclusion that summarizes the key insights and suggests areas for future research.
