Abstract

Smart agriculture has emerged as a technology-driven approach to address key challenges in modern farming, such as climate variability, limited resources, and the demand for sustainable food production. Recent advances in Artificial Intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), and data analytics have enabled real-time field monitoring, precision farming, and improved decision-making. This paper proposes an integrated smart agriculture framework that combines IoT-based field sensing with intelligent data analysis and farmer-oriented digital services. The system supports continuous monitoring of soil and environmental conditions, automated crop disease detection using deep learning techniques, and the delivery of actionable recommendations through a unified digital platform. By overcoming limitations of existing solutions, including fragmented architectures, poor adaptability, high deployment costs, and limited market integration, the framework improves scalability and usability. The experimental evaluation achieved a crop disease detection accuracy of 97.8%, demonstrating the effectiveness and reliability of the proposed approach in supporting sustainable and resilient agriculture. and effective AI systems for creating visual content from text worldwide.
