Author Guidelines

NexTech Nexus invites original contributions in the form of research articles, case studies, and technical reviews. Authors are encouraged to submit their work and play a vital role in our scholarly community.

Important Note

No Publication Fee: NexTech Nexus does not charge any APC (Article Processing Charge) or submission fees. All articles are published free of cost.

Submission Process

Authors should follow these steps for manuscript submission:

  1. Ensure the manuscript is an original work that hasn't been published elsewhere.
  2. Format the document according to IEEE standards (A4, 2-column format preferred).
  3. Include a clear abstract (150-250 words) and relevant keywords.
  4. Submit the manuscript via email to: vivacse_aiml@viva-technology.org
  5. Check for plagiarism; similarity index must be below 20%.

Technical Requirements

  • File Format: Microsoft Word (.docx) or PDF.
  • Standard: Times New Roman, 12pt for body, 14pt (bold) for titles.
  • Figures/Tables: High resolution, clearly captioned and cited in text.
  • References: IEEE bibliography format only.
