1. Enrollment Form (Original)
2. S.S.C. Marksheet (4 with original)
3. S.S.C. Passing Certificate (4 with original)
4. H.S.C. Marksheet (4 with original)
5. Leaving Certificate (4 with original)
6. Domicile Certificate (4 with original)
7. Caste Certificate, if applicable (4 with original)
8. Caste Validity Certificate (4 with original)
9. Non-Creamy Layer Certificate for VJ/DT/NT/OBC & SBC (Valid up to 31th March 2017) (4 with original)

All photocopies should be self-attested.
